Chakwera in UK

President Dr Lazarus Chakwera arrived in Scotland, United Kingdom on Sunday.
The plane carrying the President and First Lady Madam Monica Chakwera landed at Glasgow International Airport last night.
Upon arrival Dr Chakwera was welcomed by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eisenhower Mkaka, Malawi’s Deputy High Commissoner to the United Kingdom, Quent Kalichero & a representative of the government of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the second.
The Malawi leader is in Scotland to attend COP26 Conference and other official engagements.
The President flew into Scotland from Dubai where he was on another official trip.
