Police Hunt for Thieves Who Broke Into 2 Churches And Stole Assorted Items In Lumbadzi

Police in Lumbadzi, Lilongwe are hunting for unknown people alleged to have broken into two churches and made away with assorted items.

According to Lumbadzi Police spokesperson Felix Kwinyani, the unknown criminals broke into Pentecostal Community Church of Malawi (PCCM), in Dzoole Village, Traditional Authority (T/A) Mkukula and stole holy communion, glass plates, jags , tumblers and wrappers .

The robbers also broke into Kingdom Gospel Church in Nduwa Village, T/A Chitukula and made away with 27 plastic chairs valued at K150,000.

Meanwhile, the police have intensified the search for the robbers.
