Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Councilor for Bangwe Nthandizi Ward Isaac Jomo Osman was over the weekend caught-up in a fierce fight with former Nyasa Big Bullets player Chiku Kanyenda at Blantyre Youth Centre.
The development comes barely months after Jomo, popularly known as Ntopwa was arrested for assaulting ex-MP.
In video clip which has gone viral on social media, Osman is seen beating up Kanyenda mercilessly with onlookers trying to recues x-NBB player.
Meanwhile is not known as to what went wrong for the two to exchange brawls in broad day light.
