Ex-MP found with case to answer for indecently assaulting 5 primary school girls

Senior Resident Magistrate Florence Msekandaana in Lilongwe has found former Mchinji South parliamentarian, Jeremy Waluza with a case to answer.
Waluza who served as parliamentarian from 2009 – 2014 is accused of indecent Assault to 5 primary school girls.
The case attracts the maximum of 14 years imprisonment
Meanwhile, the case has been adjourned to 15 December, 2021 for accused to enter defence.
