Legal counsel for Vincent Dzimadzi, the man suspected of torturing a 14-year old boy in a video clip in Ntcheu has discharged himself from representing the suspect.
Dzimadzi was previously being represented by Counsel Henry George Kadzakumanja.
Police Prosecutor, Prescott Mwayiulipo has just told the Senior Resident Magistrate Court of Joshua Nkhono that instead, Dzimadzi will be represented by a new lawyer only known as Counsel Mayere but is yet to file a change of legal practitioner to both court and State.
Meanwhile, State said is today ready to parade five witnesses against Dzimadzi in a case of committing an act intended to cause grievous harm which he pleaded not guilty.
