South African Dancer, Zodwa Wabantu has been issued with a warrant for her arrest in Botswana where she was expected to perform at Take It Easy Music Festival in Maun.
According to a statement by Botswana police, Zodwa could be charged with violation of the laws of Botswana and Humanity Ethics.
This arises from the fact that she dresses scantily and is a self-titled pantyless dancer, who often takes off her underwear on stage, flashes her essentials, and lets people touch her inappropriately during her performances.
The statement further indicated that even without the Botswana Police stopping her from gracing the event, the Bogosi Leadership of Maun village, where the festival was to take place, would not have let her perform there.
Meanwhile, The event promoters have released a statement on social media, saying that she would not be headlining their event as earlier announced.
