Angry Councilors under Mangochi Municipal Council have sealed the secretariat offices to force the secretariat to conduct elections for Mayor.
Among the offices sealed are those of the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Accounts.
Yesterday, Machinga Council Chairperson Mr Alexander Shoti and all Councilors closed Machinga District Health Offices (DHOs) office and all administrations office they want some members of management to leave their offices.
