NIGERIA – A 23-year-old physically challenged man, Chinedu Okoro was on January 15 after he was found with a bag containing an elderly woman’s head and hands.
He was immediately apprehended by operatives of ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC.
He has now been handed over to the police for further investigation.
Meanwhile, Nigerians have suggested that the human parts were meant for rituals since it is a common thing in the country.
Others argued that he was just given by some people to deliver it somewhere.
