A 29-year-old Arthur Chitombo, has been arrested in connection to the death of a 15 year old girl Ferby Munyafi.
Reports indicate Chitombo and Munyafi were married.
Chitombo impregnated Munyafi and he did not register to any government in a move to run away from the law officials since he married minor.
Ferby started experiencing labour pains and was rushed to a faith healer in Mafararikwa Village.
It is alleged that on 12 January, she bled excessively as she was in labour and died before she could give birth.
The police were called and arrived at the scene while the girl was dead.
The police arrested man for having sexual relations with a minor.
He appeared before court and he was granted $40 000 bail and the matter was rolled over to 12 February
