There were shock waves in South Africa when twin sisters Olwethu and Owami Siko married the same man.
Many called it absurd with some suggesting that the marriage would never work.

They openly stated that they married the same man 11 years ago as a way of escaping poverty.
They also added that love was never part of the equation and it was just a way of escaping poverty. Their husband was aged 42 at the time they were just 21.

One day he sent them an SMS that he couldn’t continue helping them unless they became his.
Two weeks after they agreed he sent them a letter, asking for their hands in marriage.
Their marriage quickly became toxic to a point where they either had to leave or they would die.
They have now bounced back with a new reality show were they are set to share more secrets.
