Zambian controversial man of God Prophet Isaac Praise has opposed the expulsion of four nursing students in a viral TikTok video clip.
The four, who were in their third year, were expelled after they trended over the week when they jumped into a TikTok trend dance while in uniform at the hospital OPD in Chilonga Mission Hospital which also happens to be a College of Nursing and Midwifery.
According to reports, the four have also been blacklisted on General Nursing Council (GNC) of Zambia which regulates nurses and midwives in the country.
Reports has it that they will never be able to practice nursing anywhere in Zambia or outside.
Reacting to the development, Prophet Isaac Praise said the punishment is way to harsh for the nursing students.
“These are young people you should just caution, expelling them for dancing is rather too harsh,” said the man of God.
He then called on the General Nursing Council to rescind its decision of expelling and blacklisting of 4 Chilonga School of Nursing student nurses.
The Man of God said expelling the student nurses just for dancing is ungodly and should be rescinded.
He said the young girls should just be cautioned and allowed to graduate since they are in their 3rd year.
The Prophet then has threatened to travel to Mpika and pray from there if the the GNC does not rescind its decision within one week.
