Four Zambian Nursing students who made headlines over the week following their TikTok dance video have been expelled.
In the viral video, the student nurses were dancing to a TikTok trend while in uniforms at the hospital OPD in Chilonga Mission Hospital which also happens to be a College of Nursing and Midwifery.
According to reports, the four have also been blacklisted on General Nursing Council (GNC) of Zambia which regulates nurses and midwives in Zambia.
The students who were in their third year will never be able to practice nursing anywhere in Zambia or outside.
Before being expelled, the students were suspended.
The expulsion has attracted mixed reactions from the general public where as some are in support and others are not.
