Zambian Man Who Was Arrested Over A Facebook Comment, Speaks Out

Zambian man who was earlier arrested for commenting on a Facebook post that he will just rape the abducted mobile money agent Pamela Chisupa has broken the silence.

The man Chipo Matonga while confirming that he appeared before Woodland Police Station in Lusaka, claims he did not mean that he would rape Pamela but Zambia’s media personality Mutale Mwanza who has threatened that she will march naked in solidarity with Pamela.

“I want to inform the general public that I was not referring to the abducted lady when I commented that she will be raped I was commenting on Mutale Mwanza’s comments were she said that she will walk naked to state house in protesting about the abducting of the lady the whole story is there on phoenix app and I was at woodlands police station to report the same issue,” wrote Matongo.

At the moment Zambians on social media are insinuating that Matongon is one of the kidnappers as they have seen similarities of Matongo’s house and the place where Pamela is being kept.

However, Matongo is denying having a hand in the abduction of Pamela.
