DPP Councillor Chimbanga mocks Gospel Kazako on ‘foreigners flocking to Malawi for greener pasture’ utterance

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Councillor Leonard Chimbanga has blasted Minister of Information and Digitalization Gospel Kazako that soon foreigners will be flocking in the country seeking green pasture.

On Wednesday, Kazako told the press in the country that soon the country’s economy will be on track.

He said time will come in which people from other countries will be flocking to Malawi looking for greener pastures.

But reacting to Kazako’s claims, Chimbanga accused the Minister of lying to Malawians.

“I am not making this up but Lying Gospel was telling people yesterday that people from South Africa will be coming to Malawi to seek greener pastures. I want to have whatever these people are smoking mwamva,” said Chimbanga.

Meanwhile, it is yet to be seen if the Tonse Alliance will indeed turn around the country’s economy.
