Avokado Trashes Alleged Beef With The Late Martse ‘we sorted our disagreements 4 years ago’

Avokado, real name Christopher Malera has his past haunting him over a music beef he once had with the departed hip hop artist Martin Nkhata alias Martse.

Just after a day since Martse died, social media resurfaces a diss track Avokado did against the late rapper which was released before 2018.

“Chigawenga chabweranso/mwana wa munthu aphedwe/ ndizule nkhwiko yako matumbo pamtunda/ magazi ako lero ndimwa ngati amarula/ chijombo changa di ndiboola dazi/ ndine mwana wango’na iwe ndi kang’azi/ Martse lero ndi malemu ambuye mlandireni/” part of Avokado’s verse of the diss track.

Responding to the hate he has been receiving after the song resurfaced online, Avokado said the differences he had with the fallen rapper were sorted four years ago while stressing that he has not released any song dissing Martse today.

“Rest in peace Martse, I know we had our disagreements as college students. The good thing is we sorted our disagreements 4 years ago (2018) and we made peace,” said Avokado.

He then expressed shock and sadness that people have chosen to create stories out of nothing and that the timing for such is wrong following the atmosphere the art fraternity and thole country is in.

“I am just sad and in pain people are bringing old stuff today and in this period we’re mourning you brother. I can’t answer anything or defend myself now but GOD WILL BE THE BEST JUDGE,” he said.

“I have not released any song today yonyoza Martse! It’s very unfortunate seeing people stooping so low,” he added.

Martse, 28 died on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital where he was being treated for burn wounds.

Meanwhile, his remains are in transit to Lilongwe. He will be laid to rest tomorrow at Area 18 cemetery.

May his soul rest in power…
