Witch-doctor Robbed Phones From Customers In Salima

A witchdoctor has stolen expensive phones from his female customers after sending them to throw charms in a nearby river at Maganga in Salima districts.

According to the source, a witchdoctor popularly known as Mayakho pamphuno was passing through a compound where some ladies were chatting and they suddenly called him to have a chat that could lead to their solutions.

“The women complained to him about a lot of things such as lack of marriages and some wanted the spiritual man to help them lock their husbands since they have side chicks,” the source said.

She added that after their complaints to the witchdoctor they were given charms which were supposed to be thrown into the river with an explanation that when the water carries the charm their problems will be gone forever.

“They were desperate since they could not allow the witchdoctor to finish his statements, and because of the desperation they had the witchdoctor told them to leave everything they had including phones that he is going to wait for their return”, She added.

She further explained that upon their return they could not find the man nor their phones only found the handbags and their Chitenje’s.

Speaking on a phone interview with Face of Malawi, Margret Saukani confirmed the development  by saying she is one of the 6 victims of desperate women.

“There is nothing wrong in wanting a man to show you affection and now because of my desperation i have landed myself into dumped,” Saukani said.

She said her character is the one that pushes her husband away from her since he sometimes complained about her stubbornness and wanted to show him that she can control him.

“What i see here is just to change my stubborn behavior he complains all the time instead of being dumped like this, and I can advise women there to look into their characters before they go to witchdoctors for their problem solutions,” advised Saukani.

When asked if they have reported the matter to police this is what she had to say: “Like seriously reporting, I accept the phones were stolen out of our own stupidity and by leaving them with him it only shows how stupid we were, iam even ashamed to talk to my husband about this, how can i complain to police about this, in short i did not report and i cannot report the matter to police because it was a giveaway lottery and he worn.”

Meanwhile the witchdoctor has escaped from Maganga after teaching the .women lessons they will not easily forget.
