Man, 52, dies in lodging after ‘eventful’ night with 24-year-old girl

According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the deceased; Naftali Nyandera, and his 24-year-old girlfriend were having a good time at Lavanda lodgings before he met his death.

“In the incident that shocked residents of West Kanyarwanda, Naftali Nyandera’s lifeless body was discovered sprawled on a bed at Lavanda lodgings, after an action-packed evening with the young woman,” said the DCI in a statement.

Preliminary investigations by the DCI established that the man collapsed a few hours after walking into the room with the woman.

“Police officers based at Macalder police station were called at the scene and established that the 52-year-old man had walked into the room accompanied by the babe half his age, and collapsed hours later following an eventful evening,” said the DCI.

The body of the deceased was moved to Migori level IV mortuary awaiting postmortem.
