Ex-Minister Reen Kachere’s burial today in Chilomoni

The body of late Reen Kachere, former Neno South constituency member of parliament will be laid to rest today in Blantyre at Chilomoni cemetery with military honors.

Vigil is being held in Namiwawa where Neno legislator who is also Trade Minister, Mark Katsonga Phiri will represent State President Lazarus Chakwera.

Late Kachere died last week at a clinic in the capital city Lilongwe, after suffering from diabetes.

Late Hon Kachere served as member of parliament for Neno South constituency between 2009-2014 and as a cabinet minister in the Bingu wa Mutharika regime.
