Court orders Social Media Influencer Gerald Chavez Kampanikiza to pay Mk2 million

“I’m a law abiding citizen, I was ordered to pay K4.5 million to Vitumbiko Mumba and K2.3 million I paid for the month of July and the month of August I will finish the remaining K2.2 million.

“Further as ordered by the court I will have to pay K2 million as legal costs. I am very satisfied with the judgment,” wrote Kampanikiza.

He added: “I am at peace and happy for I know I did nothing wrong but I had no chance to defend myself before the court.

“It must further be noted that the man Mr Vitumbiko Mumba is not yet done with me and he has gone to court again with another claim of which am ready to stand before the court unlike the first one which I had no chance to speak about my side and the default judgment was passed.”
