Zambia’s Top Musician Yo Maps Responds To Trolls On Social Media Over Kwacha Music Awards

Zambia’s top musician Yo Maps real name Elton Mulenga says he has learnt a few things on both positive and negative comments regarding his nomination to Kwacha Music Awards.

Over the week music lovers on social media platforms in Zambia continuously attacked Yo Maps and vowed not to vote for him over his wife’s behavior.

Taking to his Facebook page, Yo Maps described the negative comments he has received as imperative to him and life and career changing in the music industry.

He then encouraged Chile One MrZambia, his somehow, competitor not to e phased with social media hype but to remain focused.

I took time to follow some social media trends and I picked up a few positive and negative comments with regards to Kwacha Awards Nominations, but most importantly, the lesson that has come with it is very imperative for me. The negative ones are a life and career changing for me and many artists in the entertainment industry. Mu life kusambilila 💪💪

The hurtful comments are a sign of disappointment or so much love for you, never respond with hurt for they are your teachers and support system to remain relevant in the game.
