Don’t ignore these 3 signs that you may have a heart attack

Heart attacks can be deadly and in fact are arguably the leading cause of death for both Men and Woman. However they can also be prevented if you see the signs.

Here are three signs you shouldn’t ignore as you may have a heart attack soon.

One of the first signs of a heart attack will affect your chest. If you feel an uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain the center of your chest.

It may be a sign that a heart attack is coming. The feelings may come in waves that last for more than a few minutes and should not be ignored.

While dizziness is not uncommon, especially if you do something to make yourself dizzy. If it’s coupled with other symptoms than it can become an issue.

If you feel dizziness with chest pains, shortness of breath and lightheadedness. It could be a sign that a heart attack is coming. As this signifies a decrease in blood pressure.

Fatigue, along with some of these other symptoms, can also be a sign of a heart attack. Especially in Woman, with some claims saying that woman can feel fatigued up to a month before having a heart attack.

While you should always be getting regular checkups at a doctor, if you feel any of these symptoms than I urge you to see a doctor immediately.

Your life is too valuable for you to wait to see if it gets worse, as a heart attack can happen at any time. Even if it turns out to be a false alarm, it’s better safe than dead.

As heart attacks are arguably one of the leading causes of death in both Men and Woman.

I urge you to research and learn all you can about them and how to prevent them. As you never know if you or someone in your life will become a victim to them.
