Uganda’s opposition leader Bobi Wine salutes Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership style

Ugandan opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine has saluted Zambia President Haikainde Hichilema’s leadership style.

Wine’s salutes follow Hakainde Hichilema move to celebrate the registration of a new political party in Zambia which will be headed by Kelvin Bwalya Fube.

“We wish to congratulate our personal friend of many years Mr. Kelvin Bwalya Fube (KBF), for successfully registering his political party and launching it without any obstacle or restriction,”
“This is the way it should be in a democracy like ours,” wrote Hakainde.

He added: “We welcome Mr. Bwalya to opposition politics where some of us spent years battling with intolerant regimes.

“Looking forward to a healthy public discourse devoid of malice and divisive engagements. In all this, the biggest winner, should be democracy and the people of Zambia.”

Commenting on the development, Bobi Wine asked other African leaders to emulate HH’s leadership.

“Wow and wow….how I wish other African leaders can pick a leaf. Thank yiu president Hakainde Hichilema for restoring the hitherto lost hope. We can now dare to imagine the future,” wrote Bobi Wine.

Concurring with Wine’s remarks Trevor Mwansa wrote: “Your maturity, humility and tenacity is exceptional. The sanity you have enhanced in the nation is appreciated. Long live, continue being exemplary and blessings to you and the family Mr President.”
