Veteran Journalist Grey Mang’anda Dies

Death has been announced of a veteran journalist and trainer Grey Mang’anda.

Mang’anda died yesterday at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital (QECH) in Blantyre.

He once served as Dean of Education and Media Studies at the then Polytechnic, a constituent college of the University of Malawi, now the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS).

In June 2013 he was appointed acting Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Information and Civic Education.

The seasoned journalist also held the post of Director of Information in the same ministry some years ago.
