The former president, Peter Mutharika says the current administration has lost trust of Malawians considering results of the recent Afrobarometer survey which rated the Tonse Alliance administration badly on numerous indicators.
Mutharika says Chakwera must resign immediately and in the there must be a caretaker government in the interim.
He said as DPP, they are ready to assist in the caretaker government as the party has experts in various sectors that can help the economy recover to benefit Malawians.
Mutharika says after the caretaker government, there must be elections within 90 days. He said if the current government does not resign, it will be a sign that Malawians’ welfare are not been put at heart.
Mutharika has stressed that there is need for a competent government to be put in place.
Peter Mutharika is an old idiot who hallucinates all the time. He has the audacity to stand on the moral ground to condemn the current government and yet there is nothing good he did in the six years he was in power. He can not even point to a single achievement he had during his tenure, only corruption, tribalism, and impunity. Why is he still living in denial? Such people need to be locked up because he is proving a nuisance-he is not relevant to Malawians. DPP should never again be given any chance to rule Malawians. In fact, the north and centre can never vote for DPP. Afrobarometer was paid by DPP to fool Malawians into believing that it is DPP that can rule Malawi better and yet its leadership has proved a failure. To hell with you Mutharika. The north and centre don’t want you, you’re worthless and useless.
