Court To Deliver Ruling Whether Chisale’s Wife, 12 Others Have A Case To Answer Over The Murder Of Buleya Lule

High Court Judge Chifundo Kachali is this morning expected to deliver a ruling on whether Police Commissioner Evalista Chisale and 12 other police officers have a case to answer in the murder of Buleya Lule, 44.
Lule, who was accused of murdering a boy with albinism, died in February 2019 while in police custody and an autopsy report revealed that he was electrocuted.
