Chinese-Born Running For Presidency In Lesotho

Chinese born who arrived in Lesotho in 2006 and became a business man in the country, today is running for presidency in the country after being naturalised as a citizen of Lesotho. In his bid to be victorious he has promised scores of Basotho numerous job opportunities; if he is elected into Parliament in the upcoming general elections scheduled for October 7.

When Maseru Metro explains him. It says Shao is a local businessman who is a nominee of a new political party, Basotho Pele. According to the Maseru Metro, Shao, a local businessman, is a nominee under a new party called Basotho Pele. Basotho Pele is a development organisation whose main objective is to bring change to the community.

Shao is promising Basotho that Agricultural department in Lesotho will be improved. He promised people that scientifical methods will be introduced to produce hybrid seeds in the country. Highly technologised methods and Irrigation will improve the Agricultural sector of Lesotho.

He further said that Lesotho lacked firms to manufacture cars, spares and electronic devices so that Lesotho stops buying everything from other countries. He also said that Lesotho must export items of its own to other countries except water to South Africa.

This incidents are now happening even in Europe, Germany where a black woman was given a political post in the ruling party of the country.
