Evans Nyachuba is believed to have visited their mother at about 8:30 pm when he reportedly caught his 31-year-old brother, Francis engaging in s3xual intercourse with their 55-year-old mother Doria Nyachuba.
The police have arrested a 36-year-old man from Nyazura Village for killing his younger brother whom he allegedly caught having s3x with their biological mother on Thursday night last week.
He reportedly smashed his brother’s face and hit him hard with a plank hence, resulting to immediate death. The village chief, Masemo who confirmed the incident said Evans is being held at the police post.
The body of the deceased has already been taken to the mortuary and burial proceedings are being planned on. The local police have also commenced an investigation into the matter.
