‘Edgar Lungu is now the most loved man in Zambia’ – Prophet Ian Genesis

Controversial Zambian man of God Prophet Ian Genesis has advised the country’s former head of state Edgar Chagwa Lungu not to consider standing for presidency in 2026 even when an opportunity rises.

Writing on his official Facebook page, the man of God said Lungu already fought a good fight for the country when he was the head of state.

According to Genesis, barely after a year since Lungu was ousted out of power by Hakainde Hichilema, he has turned out to be the most loved man in Zambia.

He added that even prophets who were on his neck the time he was president are now praising him after seeing the incumbent leader is doing his affairs.

“Former President Edger Lungu has sadly become the most loved man in Zambia, barely after 1 year plus of being a rejected President. Even Prophets that fought him tooth and nail are now praising him,” said the man of God.

He added; “Ladies and gentlemen, sometimes God allows rejection to happen to you so that your absence can be felt. A coordinated lie can swallow the truth when the truth is not well coordinated. Most prophets now say he was a good man, didn’t God show them that he was even when they fought him.”

“My advice to former President Lungu, no matter how much they cry for you. Don’t think about standing in 2026, for you fought a good fight for Zambia,” he said.
