Junior police officers in Mchinji have complained that they are guarding for free at the resident of a man named Mr Millward.
According to inside sources the officer are guarding at Mr Millward’s place because he funds one of the ruling party in the Tonse Alliance partners the Malawi Congress.
This according to what former police Inspector General George Kainja when he was asked why the officers guard at the private places.
The party and is yet to comment on the matter.
