Kenyan President William Ruto is currently in Egypt where he is attending the COP27 event that is being attended by a host of African heads of state and government.
He is attending the conference in his capacity as Kenya president.
Last evening, the head of state issued a lengthy speech to the high powered delegations attending the conference on climate change, attendees that also include former prime minister and Azimio la umoja One Kenya coalition party leader Raila Odinga.
However, as the head of state was meeting 9-year old Kenyan girl identified as Karen Wanjiku, an unidentified man attempted to all of a sudden join President William Ruto for a photo taking session.
The man attempted severally to intrude on the session that was meant for the head of state together with Wanjiku and her mother identified as Anne Njeri Kimani forcing the president’s hawk eyed bodyguards to swing in action.
The quick thinking bodyguards severally dragged the unidentified man off stage as he attempted in futile to join the president and the woman and her daughter, his mission failing.
