Zambian woman divorces her husband over his failure to quench her s3xual thirsty

After being   constantly s3xually starved, a 42 year old woman of Lusaka’s Garden House area who had to beg her husband to quench her sexual thirst but to no avail has been granted divorce.

This is in a matter Norah Chileshe sued to divorce her husband Vasco Siulapwa 47 of the same area for denying her conjugal rights and beating her mercilessly whenever they have marital disputes.

“For him to have s3x with me I just have to beg him to touch me and in most cases he would say he has lost interest in me,” Chileshe narrated.

She added that her husband prefers booze to family as he is always out drinking.

In defense, Siulapwa said he spends most of his time at the beer hall because there is no peace in his matrimonial home.

“My wife is a character who goes out drinking alcohol and stays out as late as one in the morning. One time she kissed my friend in the car in my presence when we went out drinking,” he said.

The couple which has been married for 15 years has three children aged between 2 and 9 years.

After hearing both sides, Justice Martha Tembo dismantled the marriage on grounds that it is unreasonable for a man to make a woman beg for conjugal rights.

Justice Tembo added that the duo is not serious and matured to handle marriage considering that around one in the morning, both husband and wife are out drinking alcohol.

She further stated the child who follows the father to drink alcohol and is bitter is as a result of the poor example set by the couple.

She has implored Chileshe to change her behavior and put her life in order to raise the children responsibly.

Meanwhile Justice Tembo has ordered Siulapwa to maintain his three children with K1000.
