Hakainde Hichilema has extended his birthday wishes to his predecessor Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
Writing on his verified Facebook page, Hichilema said he wishes well Lungu as he celebrates his new year.
“Mutinta and I wish our former President Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu a happy birthday. We wish you well as you celebrate another year,” he said.
Hichilema ousted Lungu out of power during August 21, 2022 general elections.
