People on the internet are going absolutely crazy about a video that has emerged on social media that shows two teenagers in the act of doing something illegal.
In the video that we have access to, a young woman and her boyfriend could be seen smoking marijuana on the grounds of a school dormitory.
While they were dancing, the female is seen passing a puff of marijuana to the male companion before the two kissed to exchange each other’s smoke.
Did the school fail these two students by not keeping them safe from such bad behavior, or did they not get a good upbringing at home?
