Final-Year University Student Commits Suicide Over A Failed Relationship

A final-year student of the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Department of Public Administration, allegedly took his life after his girlfriend dumped him for another man.
The yet-to-identified student was said to have consumed sniper, a poisonous substance on Friday, November 18, after his girlfriend told him to look for another girl.
Another student of the institution, Iyke Orji, described the deceased as someone who was “full of energy and life and was undergoing his Industrial Training (IT) before being jilted by his lover.
