Kaliati speaks out on Mwenifumbo’s resignation

United Transformation Movement (UTM) Secretary General Patricia Kaliati has come out of the cocoon to comment on the resignation of the party’s spokesperson Frank Tumpale Mwenifumbo.

Mwenifumbo resigned from the party two days ago citing personal reasons, saying he wants to concentrate on his businesses.

Former running mate of ex-UDF President Atupele Muluzi ruled out possibilities of joining other political parties.

Reacting to Mwenifumbo’s resignation, said the party is not shaken with his resignation.

Kaliati said that Mwenifumbo found a strong party when joining and the party is still intact.
