The Human Right Defenders Coalition (HRDC) is this coming Saturday scheduled to hold media briefing following the expiry of 21 days ultimatum given to Tonse Alliance government which is headed by President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.
HRDC Chairperson Gift Trapence has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.
According to Trapence, the grouping will take advantage of the briefing to highlight the next step which will be taken following the expiry of the ultimatum.
The grouping gave President Chakwera 21 days to fix the fuel crisis and other economic challenges rocking the country or face series of national wide protests starting from December 7, 2022.
