Opposition MPs storm Chizuma’s house in Lilongwe

Opposition Members of Parliament led by leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa who is also Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Vice President for the South are at the house of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General Martha Chizuma in Lilongwe.
Speaking to the press Nankhumwa said the MPs are at Chizuma’s house to cheer her up following her barbaric arrest in the wee hours of today.
Nankhumwa has since condemned the arrest.
The Malawi Police Service (MPS) arrested Chizuma following a complaint lodged by Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Steven Kayuni regarding the leaked audio clip in January this year.
