Kenyan president William Ruto Silently Jets back from USA, Hold Meeting At Statehouse

President William ruto silently jetted back into the country after a four days tour of the United States of America and Qatar where he joined fellow head of state from Rwanda in watching the World Cup where Argentina carried the day.
