Kylie Jenner doesn’t often post photos of Travis Scott on her Instagram, but even the most casual fan could tell something was up when he wasn’t even featured in official photos from the annual Karjenner Christmas party, or in videos and Instagram Stories of her trip to Aspen.
According to a new report, Scott’s absence is easily explained: They broke up. Again.
“Kylie and Travis are off again,” a source told Us Weekly. “They were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there.”
The source added that the former couple, who share two children together, Stormi, 4, and a son not named Wolf, 11 months, “remain friends and great co-parents.” The Cut has reached out to Scott and Jenner for comment, and will update when we hear back.
It’s unclear what led to the split.
Just a few months ago, Scott denied allegations that he had cheated on Jenner after getting into a public back-and-forth with his rumored ex, Rojean Kar, on Instagram, during which she accused him of cheating on Jenner “every single fucking night.” But the couple seemed to have moved on from any allegations.
Scott appeared on Jenner’s Instagram as recently as November 28, and the makeup mogul then reportedly joined the rapper at Art Basel in early December, where the two were photographed hugging backstage.
However, Scott was noticeably absent from any and all photos and Instagram Stories from Kris Jenner’s annual Christmas Eve party, so if reports of a split are true, then it’s safe to assume it occurred sometime in mid-December.
This isn’t the first time Jenner and Scott have reportedly called it quits.
The famously on-and-off duo previously split in 2019, only to reconcile in 2021.
And, as the source told Us Weekly, “This has happened so many times before.” The question is, will this breakup be featured on season three of The Kardashians?
Kourtney Kardashian previously confirmed in an interview with E! News that the family had already begun shooting in September of 2022. Anything is possible.
