Man Allegedly Shot Dead by Brother-in-Law Over Extramarital Affair

The alleged extramarital affair that led to the tragic murder of a man in Delta State, Nigeria, has sparked a range of emotions among the community. The suspect, Iduh Hausa, is accused of killing his sister’s husband out of rage, after suspecting him of cheating on his sister.

The incident took place in the town of Ileje, Umunede, in the Ika North East Local Government Area, and has left the community in shock and mourning.

According to sources, the victim had been in a relationship with his sister for several years and they had built a life together. However, Iduh Hausa, who is the brother-in-law of the victim, had grown suspicious of the victim’s behavior and believed that he was unfaithful to his sister.

The suspect’s anger and frustration over the alleged infidelity ultimately led to the tragic and violent end of the victim’s life.

The Delta Police PRO, DSP Bright Edafe, has confirmed the incident and stated that the suspect is currently at large.
