Silver Strikers on Kajoke’s neck, petitions FAM

Date:

Silver Strikers Football Club has petitioned Football Association of Malawi to bar Hassan Kojake from playing for FCB Nyasa Big Bullets until he repays K3.9 million which he received from the club after ditching Bullets.

Silver has since engaged lawyers, Nankhuni and Partners, to help them deal with the natter.

“Silver Strikers Limited signed a contract with Hassan Kajoke on 4th January, 2023 and paid him the sum of MK3,000,000.00 (Three Million Malawi Kwacha) as a signing on fee and agreed on monthly upkeep of MK450,000.00 per month. The contract is running from 4th January, 2023 to 3rd January, 2026. The conduct of Hassan Kajoke is irregular, illegal, unfair and unlawful and should not be tolerated by Football Association of Malawi,” reads part of the petition addressed to FAM and copied to Bullets and Kajoke.
