Award winning Malawi afro-pop star, Dan Lu has come out of his cocoon to apologize to his wife following rumours that he is in relationship with US based controversial Malawian female musician Queen Sheba.
Last week the social media was awash with speculations that ‘Part of Life’ hitmakers’ marriage is on the rock following his recent stint with Sheba.
This was witness in post by his wife Katerina Nzima who revealed that all is not rosy in the marriage.
“Not everything is worth fixing and fighting for. Time to move on. I tried,” she posted.
The post ignited debate on social media with many criticizing Dan Lu describing him as a womanizer.
But through his post ‘Uhule ndi Mtima’ star has apologized to his wife.
“For you I would sacrifice anything,as your man my art is there to generate income for us.
“As a featured artist in a song or video,my control is very limited on lyrics or video direction chosen by the owner unlike my own projects,” he wrote.
He added: “I sincerely apologize, for failure to communicate to you of this projects,and certain scenes in it which might be perceived wrongly.
“We are stronger together, and this serves as a very big lesson to me to never let this happen again.
“I was well paid for this project hence,I might have ignored other aspects likely to hurt you.
“Artists succeed by corroborating with various fellow artists locally internationally and globally however, as a married Man I will try to engage you as much as possible on do’s and don’ts going forward.”
Meanwhile, Nzima is yet to comment on the matter.
