Sex worker arrested in Mchinji for killing her newly born baby

Police in Mchinji have arrested a 21-year-old woman on suspicion that she murdered her month-old baby.
Mchinji police publicist, Limbani Mpinganjira has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.
According to Mpinganjira, the suspect, Mduulula Phiri, who is a sex worker, allegedly committed the offence on Wednesday at one of the local drinking joints in the district.
The suspect will appear in court soon to answer murder charges.
