14-Year-Old Learner on the Run after Allegedly Killing Fellow Student at Chikweo Primary School in Machinga

A shocking incident has occurred at Chikweo Primary School in Machinga, as a 14-year-old standard seven learner is currently on the run after allegedly killing another student from the same school.

According to Sergeant Western Kansire, the Machinga Police public relations officer, the two boys were involved in a love triangle with a girl from the school.

However, they were unaware of each other’s involvement until it was revealed, resulting in a fight that tragically led to the incident.

The injured student was swiftly taken to Chikweo Health Center for urgent medical attention, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead.

However, the subsequent postmortem examination revealed that he had pre-existing health conditions unrelated to the fight.

Authorities are currently searching for the 14-year-old suspect, who fled the scene after the incident
