The Minister of Education, Madalitso Kambauwa Wirima, the Secretary for Education, Madam Chikondano Mussa, senior officials from ministry and development partners are today on 19 July 2023 marching from Kanengo to Magwero Primary School in Lilongwe.
The march which has been organized as a curtain raiser for this year’s Joint Sector Review scheduled for August 30 and 31st symbolizes long distances young learners especially in standards 1 to 4 travel to access education.
This rings a bell to government and development partners in the sector to invest in education to accord children an opportunity to access education closer to their communities.
