Two Arrested in Blantyre for Possession of Protected Pangolin

n Blantyre’s Chileka area, police have apprehended Vincent McLoud and Noah Mgawa Nicholas on charges of possessing a pangolin.

Sgt. Jonathan Phillipo, the police spokesperson, explained that the arrests followed a tip that the two individuals were involved in the illegal sale of this protected animal.

The pangolin was reportedly discovered in their possession, concealed within a laptop bag.

Authorities are taking action to address this case of alleged wildlife trafficking.
