Deputy Speaker of Parliament Madalitso Kazombo on Tuesday invoked Section 105 of Parliamentary Standing Orders to throw out Member of Parliament for Dedza Central East Constituency, Joshua Malango, for making noise.
Malango was alleged to have been making noise as Minister of Agriculture Sam Kawale was about to deliver a statement in the Affordable Input Programme (AIP).
Kazombo ordered Malango to return to the house today at 2pm.
