DPP Councillor Dani Nkosi joins AFORD

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Councillor for Mzalangwe Ward in Mzimba Dan Nkosi has resigned from the party and joined the Alliance for Democracy (AFORD).

Nkosi has been welcomed into AFORD today by some party top officials.

In his speech Nkosi said he has joined the party to help it to become a strong force again as it was during the reign of Chakufwa Chihana.

On his part Starford Bondera Nyirenda said the party is getting stronger each passing day.

AFORD is scheduled to hold its elective conference in July this year where Enoch Chihana will contest as President.
