Court Reserves Ruling on Lester Maganga’s Bail Application

Justice Mzonde Mvula has decided to postpone his ruling on Lester Maganga’s bail application to an unspecified date.
Additionally, the Allan Wittika case has been adjourned until the week beginning April 2, 2024.
Mvula stated that he will provide his decision on the bail application during the trial proceedings scheduled between April 2 and April 11, 2024.
The State has presented nine witnesses thus far and plans to call ten more.
Meanwhile, Maganga remains remanded at Maula Prison following his arrest on October 20, 2023.
