The family of the Missouri girl who has been charged with beating 16-year-old Kaylee Gain into unconsciousness says she is the real victim and had been “bullied” before the caught-on-video assault.
In video circulated on social media, is showing a 15 year-old smashing kaylee’s head into the ground during a brawl near her St. Louis high school earlier this month.
However the family that charged teenage girl has now started raising fund for legal deference claiming that her daughter is the real victim as she has been harassed and bullied before the viral incident and this was just a self-defense.
The family has since asked well-wishers assist them raising $150,000 toward her legal defense.
Kaylee Gain, suffered a skull fracture when her head was repeatedly smashed into the ground during the fight.
